Ronson Capital Partners has appointed Mace for its West London development Chiltern Place.

Work will start later this month on the construction project that will create 55 one to four bedroom luxury apartments as well as a four-storey townhouse with the whole luxury development being due to be completed in 2017 during which time it will create further demand for building supplies and create a number of construction jobs.

The development has been designed by PLP Architecture with the new 15-storey building being positioned at the corner of Chiltern Street and Paddington Street near to Paddington Street Gardens.

Gerald Ronson, Chairman of Ronson Capital Partners, said: “Following the success of Riverwalk, our scheme in SW1 where over 65% of the apartments have now been sold, we are very pleased to start work on our next central London development.

“Chiltern Place will offer outstanding homes right in the heart of one of London’s most desirable and central locations and we look forward to bringing this exciting project to fruition.”
