Galliford Try will construct the next three phases of the scheme which is estimated to have a value of £69m in total business.

The construction firm has already worked on the earlier phases of the residential development overlooking the Thames.

Phases 5C and 5D will have a total of 99 apartments for sale as well as 50 affordable homes consist of two new blocks.

A 13 storey block will be constructed as part of phase 6A which will provide 51 new apartments for sale along with 36 affordable homes and additional commercial units with the surrounding area will be heavily landscaped.

Galliford Try Executive Chairman Greg Fitzgerald said: “Long-term relationships with valued clients are a key part of our construction strategy and we are delighted to have been able to reach agreement with Frasers to continue our partnership on such a prestigious residential development in a prime London location.”

This huge residential construction scheme utilises innovative design and use of construction supplies and materials to develop a modern urban community.
