Galliford Try will construct the next three phases of the scheme which is estimated to have a value of £69m in total business.


The construction firm has already worked on the earlier phases of the residential development overlooking the Thames.


Phases 5C and 5D will have a total of 99 apartments for sale as well as 50 affordable homes consist of two new blocks.


A 13 storey block will be constructed as part of phase 6A which will provide 51 new apartments for sale along with 36 affordable homes and additional commercial units with the surrounding area will be heavily landscaped.
