Bericote Properties has selected McLaren Construction for the construction of the new Rolls-Royce tech and logistics facilities.


Construction has now started at Oldlands Farm Business Park, not far from the centre of Bognor Regis, will be around 30,000 sq m and it’s anticipated it will be completed within a year.


McLaren Construction has a track record of delivering state of the art manufacturing facilities having last year delivered the new Land Rover Jaguar manufacturing facility in Solihull.
