A high quality, water-resistant, water-based sealant with non-cracking formulation. Conforms to BS EN 15651-1:2012. A high quality, water-resistant, water-based sealant with non-cracking formulation and good adhesion to most building materials.

Uses: Ideal for sealing connection joints between stairs, walls, ceilings, skirtings, window sills, wooden and metal window frames, concrete and brickwork and for filling cracks, screw/nail holes in walls and ceilings of most materials. Adheres to most surfaces without the use of a primer and is non-corrosive to metals. For interior and exterior use (only use in good, dry weather conditions and it must stay dry for at least 5 hours after application). Can be used to fill deep and wide gaps (20mm deep x 25mm wide), however, this will increase the time it takes to fully cure. Easy to clean, it can be over-painted, stained or varnished for colour matching purposes within 1 hour. Highly flexible, it is more resistant to movement and is formulated to prevent craze cracking and discolouration of paint when over painted with most water based and synthetic paints. Contains a fungicide which helps retard mould growth.
