Hybrid roofing & flashing sealant.

A fast skinning, low modulus hybrid roofing sealant and adhesive that reduces weather ingression, tile lift and noise. Conforms to EN 15651-1 F EXT-INT 25LM CC.

Uses: Provides long term weather resistant joints. For use on all types of roof, flashing, soffits and guttering. Can be used on lead, concrete, brickwork, aluminium, copper, uPVC, steel, timber, industrial roofing panels, slate, tiles, acrylic, glass, GRP and bitumen (provided the bitumen is primed first). Also suitable for internal use for sub-roof ducting and for sealing roof lights, mechanical fasteners and cladding, as well as with solar energy systems.
