In a move that sees shares were up 1.4% to 41.8075 pence on Tuesday, construction materials company Breedon Aggregates has acquired a number of asphalt plants in Suffolk and Essex, with a plant at Cavenham near Bury St Edmonds and Wivenhoe near Colchester.
Both plants had been owned by Hope Construction Materials. “We now have a network of nine asphalt plants throughout central England, stretching from Leominster in the west to Norwich in the east.”
